The Council on Dispensational Hermeneutics will convene starting at 8 AM EST by Zoom this Wednesday, September 16. This year’s theme is “Dispensationalism, Politics, and Culture.” Some of the topics we will be debating are the biblical basis of the US Constitution, the origin of civil liberties, what the Bible says about the form governments should take (monarchies, republics, etc.), immigration and borders, proper responses to LGBTQ, appropriate levels of political activism by Christians, and slavery among other issues. All of these issues will be discussed from the vantage point of traditional dispensationalism. If you wish to join the deliberations, use the following Zoom link:
Correction – a previous post said the conference would start on Tuesday, but it is in fact Wednesday Sep 16.
